The body of research supporting efficacy of Sabinsa’s branded ingredients continues to grow with a recent clinical paper reporting on the use of the company’s Curcumin C3 Complex® and BioPerine®, and taurine on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients: A combined treatment of curcumin, piperine, and taurine alters the circulating levels of IL-10 and miR-21 in hepatocellular carcinoma patients: a pilot study published in the Journal of Gastrointestional Oncology.

Sabinsa’s Curcumin C3 Complex® in combination with BioPerine® (CBP) has an inhibitory effect on malignant mesothelioma cells, according to an in vitro and in vivo study published in Journal of Experimental and Clinical Cancer Research.
Sabinsa continues its global expansion with the opening of a warehousing, sales and distribution office in Poland and bringing on staff to serve customers in the growing East European, Eastern Block as well as CIS countries.
Sabinsa’s four Sami Labs manufacturing sites in India were recently audited by the licensed Certification Body, Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS – UK branch, and achieved Foundation Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000). FSSC 22000 replaces the previous ISO 22000: 2005 - FSMS (Food Safety Management System) achieved by these Sami facilities till 2018.
